Associate — Tax — Paris

Join a well‑established Paris tax practice of around twenty lawyers advising French and international clients on structuring transactions (investments, reorganisations, financings) and on day‑to‑day tax matters.

The role offers exposure to a variety of cross‑border mandates and a collaborative, team‑focused environment. Juniors benefit from a formal mentorship programme and hands‑on training in the firm's tax techniques.

We seek candidates who want to develop in a high‑quality, international tax practice and who can contribute across transactional and advisory work.

• Graduate in law (combined academic background such as law + business school/IEP or foreign university is a plus)
• Previous experience in private practice via internships or prior collaborations
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Dynamic, autonomous, responsible, with strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
