The position encompasses private offerings, venture capital transactions, and general corporate work for emerging companies.

2 to 3 years of relevant experience at a major law firm
Focus on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies
Outstanding academic credentials with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal abilities and a highly driven approach
Admission to the state bar of the office in which the candidate would be located
