Senior associate-level role within a full-service corporate practice advising high-growth and emerging technology, life sciences and other innovative companies, plus their investors. The team handles venture capital financings, M&A, restructurings, venture debt and exits, and provides board-level and governance advice.

This role will focus on supporting UK companies expanding into the US and advising US investors and issuers on cross-border transactions. The post is based in London and will work closely with colleagues across the UK and on international matters; candidates must be UK‑based or willing to relocate to the UK.

The team values commercial judgment, strong drafting and transaction experience, and an entrepreneurial approach to business development and practice growth.

US-qualified lawyer with a JD from a reputable US law school.
Experience at a US or international law firm advising emerging companies and investors, ideally on venture capital and M&A transactions.
Solid corporate transactional grounding with strong drafting and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational, communication and teamworking skills; able to work independently on cross-border matters.
Motivated to undertake business development and to help grow a US‑focused offering.
