We have an opportunity for a Wage and Hour Class Action attorney to join an expanding employment law practice, based in California. The role involves drafting motions and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, drafting position statements, dispositive motions, employee handbooks, and policies, and performing legal research.

The position is open to either an associate on track toward shareholder, with the opportunity to grow a book of business, or a counsel attorney on an alternative track with a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to occasionally work from home. The attorney will be part of a collegial environment with multiple writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities as well as access to robust professional development programs.

The position can be based out of any California office and allows occasional work from home; candidates must reside in the vicinity of a California office location.

Juris Doctor degree
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California, with continuing licensure requirements met during employment
3 or more years of Wage and Hour Class Action experience in California
Excellent analytical and writing skills
