Join a major national litigation practice as the attorney development manager supporting litigation teams in California. You'll oversee cross-office staffing and work allocation for IP and complex litigation groups, and partner with practice leadership to drive utilization, performance management and retention strategies.

The role works closely with HR, Learning & Professional Development, and Inclusion teams to manage onboarding, training, coaching, career transitions and other attorney experience initiatives. This is a hands-on role combining workforce planning with people development in a fast‑paced, high‑performing practice.

Juris Doctor required
5+ years of related experience; large law firm environment or equivalent legal staffing/workforce planning/attorney development experience preferred
Proven interpersonal and influencing skills with senior stakeholders; strong coaching and people‑management ability
Demonstrated judgment and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
