Join a collaborative multidisciplinary team of 18 lawyers and legal professionals within a well-established regional practice. We are seeking a business litigator to handle a varied caseload for local and regional SMEs, with a focus on commercial disputes and debt recovery.

Manage commercial litigation files, including debt collection, unfair competition claims, client/supplier disputes, and commercial lease matters.
Handle insolvency proceedings, shareholder conflicts, and warranty of liabilities.
Work closely with colleagues across complementary specialties to develop your expertise and grow toward autonomy.

CAPA qualification and a Master's degree in Business Law (DJCE preferred).
Initial experience in commercial litigation and restructuring.
