Our Tours office is seeking a corporate lawyer to join a multidisciplinary team of 10 lawyers. You will advise a French clientele of SMEs and mid-sized companies on both recurring legal matters and exceptional transactions (acquisitions, mergers, absorptions, restructurings, LBOs, etc.).

You will develop a multidisciplinary approach to your work, alongside committed professionals dedicated to providing clients with comprehensive support. You will benefit from all the resources of a large firm, including digital tools, innovative service offerings, and dedicated teams for regulatory and legislative monitoring. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with the firm's technical direction and other service lines to ensure a high level of technical quality in your assignments.

CAPA qualification with a Master's degree in business law
3 to 5 years of successful experience in a law firm
