- 4-6 years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance
- Experience with secured commercial lending, including syndicated and bilateral bank financings
- Familiarity with asset‑based finance, NAV financings, acquisition financings or commodity financings
- Strong academic record and prior law firm or in‑house finance experience
