Leading US law firm seeking a seasoned bankruptcy partner to join its New York restructuring team. The role focuses on leading complex Chapter 11 restructurings, out-of-court workouts and bankruptcy litigation for corporate clients across industries.

The partner will manage deal teams, advise senior clients, and drive business development to grow the practice. Significant client-facing experience and the ability to originate and cross-sell work are important.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in Chapter 11 restructurings and workouts
Proven client origination and business development record
Experience leading teams and managing complex matters
Admission to the New York bar or ability to qualify promptly
