Experienced immigration associate opportunity in a team-focused practice supporting corporate clients on non‑immigrant and immigrant matters. You will work in a high-volume, process-driven environment that emphasizes technical excellence, client service, and use of practice technology.

Typical day-to-day responsibilities include developing case strategies, preparing and filing petitions and applications, counseling clients and foreign nationals, conducting research, drafting legal documents and client correspondence, and supporting immigration program management and compliance.

Work collaboratively with global mobility teams and colleagues, mentor junior staff, follow firm and client protocols for data and risk management, and pursue continuous improvement of processes and client delivery.

J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited U.S. law school
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
Approximately 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in business immigration
Strong drafting, research, and client‑communication skills; attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Comfort working with immigration case-management technology and following documented SLAs/processes
