Business Immigration Associate — New York

We are seeking a Business Immigration associate for a major New York practice with substantial client-facing responsibility. The role sits on a busy corporate immigration team and involves managing routine and complex nonimmigrant and immigrant filings for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead client teams, work directly with in-house immigration and HR stakeholders, and handle a broad range of matters across nonimmigrant visas and employment-based green card processes. There is scope to broaden your practice within an established, high-volume immigration group.

• 5–10 years' post-qualification immigration experience.
• Practical experience with H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3, E-2 petitions and I-140 (EB-1 and EB-2/3) filings and adjustment of status.
• Experience drafting PERMs desirable.
• Comfort leading client teams and managing direct client contact with corporate clients.
