Experienced business immigration associate role within a dedicated immigration practice. You will work across client matters involving employment-based visas and related compliance, joining a collegial, team-oriented group that emphasizes technical excellence and use of practice technology.

As a senior member of client teams you will manage and execute case preparation and filings, research complex immigration issues, develop client-facing strategies, and supervise junior staff. The role includes client-facing work, cross-team collaboration, and participation in business development and process-improvement initiatives.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or the D.C. bar
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience managing filings and case strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior team management or mentoring experience preferred
