Growth-focused immigration practice is hiring a mid-level Business Immigration Associate to support corporate clients in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The role offers hands-on case work, problem-solving on complex immigration issues, and opportunities to work with advanced workflow and practice technologies.

The associate will independently manage filings and strategy for a book of matters, contribute to client meetings and trainings, and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities include research on technical immigration questions, preparing and filing cases, maintaining file quality, and supporting business development and process-improvement initiatives.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or D.C. bar
3–5 years' PQE in business immigration practice
Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and litigation/filing experience
Excellent written/verbal communication and client-service skills; attention to detail
Prior team supervision or mentoring experience preferred; ability to manage competing priorities
