Business Immigration Associate – Tampa

Join a large national law firm’s Tampa-based business immigration team as a mid-level associate. The role involves supporting a high-volume employment-based immigration practice serving domestic and international corporate clients across industries, including large national and multinational employers.

• Juris Doctor and active admission to practice law in good standing
• 3+ years' experience in a high-volume business immigration practice
• Substantive experience with employment-based visas, including PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN and E categories
• Experience with both nonimmigrant and immigrant (IV) processes
• Strong legal writing, organization, and research skills
