The successful candidate will work with employer-side immigration matters for domestic and international corporations and will be expected to manage caseloads, draft affidavits and briefs, and coordinate with support staff. This role requires residence in a U.S. state where the firm maintains a physical office.

- Juris Doctor and active, good-standing bar license in primary state of residence
- Minimum 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in business immigration practice
- Experience in a high‑volume employer‑side immigration group and managing case workflows
- Excellent drafting, research, proofreading, and time‑management skills; strong ability to prepare affidavits and briefs
- Organized, able to prioritize and take initiative in case management; must reside in a state with a firm office
