Leading U.S. law firm seeks a Business Litigation associate to join its Minneapolis litigation team. The role covers all phases of complex commercial and business litigation for a national and international client base, including consumer class actions, antitrust matters, M&A-related litigation, securities and shareholder disputes, corporate governance, franchise and real estate-related litigation, and multidistrict/multi-forum matters.

The position offers substantial exposure to litigation procedure and e-discovery, with opportunities to participate in discovery strategy, depositions, hearings and oral argument. The team emphasizes collaboration, professional development and a balanced hybrid working model with regular in-office days to support client service and teamwork.

2–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm (commercial/business litigation preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of litigation procedure, discovery and e-discovery workflows
Deposition, hearing or oral-argument experience a plus
Strong legal writing, analytical and organizational skills
Excellent academic credentials and active bar membership
