Business Litigation Attorney (H/F)

Join a well-established law firm in Valence and take on a key role within a collegiate litigation team. You will handle a broad range of business disputes and advisory work for a diverse client base, including SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large French and international corporations across all sectors.

Your practice will cover corporate, commercial law, criminal law, director liability, real estate, and construction. You will also contribute actively to the development of the Valence office and the wider litigation team.

• CAPA (French Bar qualification) and a Master's degree in business law
• 8 to 10 years of significant experience in business litigation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Autonomy, adaptability, and excellent analytical and synthesis abilities
