Business Restructuring & Reorganization Attorney — Bankruptcy (New York)

Join a busy business restructuring and reorganization practice in the New York office focused on Chapter 11 bankruptcies and corporate restructurings. The role involves working on creditor and debtor-side matters, distressed M&A and sales, and complex restructuring transactions at various stages.

Successful candidates will work with cross-functional teams on Chapter 11 cases, support client relationships, manage day-to-day matter workflows, and handle substantive bankruptcy drafting and court work. • 3–6 years' bankruptcy/restructuring experience at a recognized law firm
• Substantive Chapter 11 experience (representing debtors, creditors' committees, creditors and/or purchasers)
• Experience in a firm restructuring/bankruptcy group or a bankruptcy judicial clerkship
• Proven client-management and matter-handling abilities
• Strong academic credentials and active bar admission
