Business Trial Associate — Insurance Litigation

Multi-office opening for a litigation associate to join a sizable business trial group focused on insurance defense. The team handles complex insurance coverage and extracontractual matters, class action defense, and high-exposure bad-faith litigation across California and nationally.

The role is for an associate with hands-on insurance litigation experience who will work on case preparation, motion practice, discovery, and trial support within a collaborative, high-volume practice. Candidates should be prepared to work across offices and contribute to client-focused litigation strategies.

• 1–4 years of insurance litigation experience (insurance coverage, bad faith, and/or class action experience required)
• Admitted to the California bar at time of application
