Capital Markets Associate (Junior–Mid) — New York

Top-tier New York capital markets team is seeking junior to mid-level lateral associates (class of 2023/2022) to work on a broad mix of debt and equity offerings, including public and private transactions. The role also involves advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters.

The team provides an enhanced mentor program for lateral hires, structured professional development, an extensive pro bono program, and a hybrid work model (office presence Monday–Thursday with specified remote periods). The role may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus; a salary range is provided to candidates.

• Junior to mid-level associate (class of 2023/2022) with prior law firm experience
• Experience on debt (high-yield and investment-grade) and equity capital markets transactions
• Familiarity with public disclosure and corporate governance issues
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and transactional skills
