Top-tier New York practice is seeking a Capital Markets associate with substantial transactional experience across equity and debt capital markets. The role covers the full range of ECM and DCM matters, including cross-border offerings, and involves representing issuers, investors and underwriters on public and private transactions.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating offering documents, managing transaction execution, and advising on Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance. The team seeks an associate who can take a lead role on deals, work collaboratively across groups, and provide high-quality client service on complex matters.

4–6 years' capital markets experience at a large or mid-size law firm (PQE 4–6)

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills; ability to manage and lead transaction execution
