Seeking a mid‑level securities associate to join a nationally recognized corporate and capital markets practice in Los Angeles. The role centers on public securities work for issuers and underwriters, including IPOs and equity or equity‑linked transactions, with frequent matters in the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

Responsibilities include advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance, managing client relationships, and handling day‑to‑day deal and disclosure workstreams. The firm offers a competitive compensation range and a comprehensive benefits package.

3–7 years of experience in capital markets and public securities work
Track record representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and follow‑on equity transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC reporting and exchange compliance

Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school; excellent drafting, analytical and client‑management skills
