An internationally recognized corporate practice is seeking associates with two to seven years of capital markets and public securities experience to join its team. The role involves representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, with a particular emphasis on the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors. You will also advise public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance matters.

Two to seven years of capital markets and public securities experience
Experience representing companies and/or underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance
Ability to manage client relationships and handle day-to-day workflow demands
Prior experience in the capital markets department of a national or international law firm
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
