National U.S. practice is seeking a mid-level capital markets associate for its securities team. The role focuses on public offerings and securities work across equity and equity-linked transactions, with significant exposure to IPOs and follow-on offerings.

Successful candidates will advise both issuers and underwriters, support public companies on SEC and exchange reporting and corporate governance matters, and manage day-to-day client workflow on complex matters. The team regularly represents clients across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

3–7 years of securities / capital markets experience (public offerings, IPOs).
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in equity and equity-linked transactions.
Familiarity with public company SEC and exchange reporting, corporate governance and compliance matters.
Prior experience in the capital markets group of a national or international law firm; strong academic credentials.
