Experienced capital markets associates (2–6 years PQE) are sought for a national/international practice handling public securities matters. The role focuses on public offerings (including IPOs), equity and equity‑linked transactions, and ongoing representation of public companies on governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance.

Candidates will work across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors, managing client relationships and day‑to‑day transaction workflow for sophisticated issuers and underwriters. The team offers a full range of employee benefits and standard firm support for career development.

2–6 years post‑qualified experience in capital markets/public securities
Experience representing companies and underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity‑linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC/exchange reporting and compliance
Proven ability to manage client relationships and high‑volume transactional workflow
Prior experience in the capital markets group of a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
