Our internationally recognized corporate practice has an opening for an associate with two to six years of capital markets and public securities experience to join a growing, sophisticated team. The role is open across our multiple US offices.

You will represent companies and underwriters in public securities offerings — including IPOs and other equity and equity-linked transactions — with a focus on the technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors. You will also advise public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance, and manage day-to-day client relationships and workflow for a variety of clients with complex needs.

Two to six years of capital markets and public securities experience at a national or international law firm
Experience representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle complex workflow demands
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
