Capital Markets Attorney — Securities

Top-tier US capital markets team is seeking a 3–6 year associate to join a busy, nationally recognized securities practice. The role focuses on public offerings and ongoing public-company work for clients across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, handling SEC and exchange reporting and governance matters for public companies, and managing client deliverables and workflows on sophisticated matters.

• 3–6 years post-qualifying securities/capital markets experience
• Experience representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions
• Familiarity with SEC and exchange reporting, corporate governance and public-company compliance
• Prior capital markets experience at a national or international law firm; strong academic credentials
