Join a market-leading Capital Markets & Derivatives team in London advising a broad range of financial institution and corporate clients on structured finance, derivatives and debt capital markets matters. The team works across securitised derivatives and structured products, repackagings, OTC derivatives, repos, stock lending, strategic equity financings and debt capital markets transactions, with regular cross-border work.

2-5 years' PQE in derivatives, structured finance and/or debt capital markets
Proven experience drafting and negotiating derivatives and structured finance documentation
Strong drafting skills and an ability to convert legal analysis into practical commercial advice
Client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships; good judgment and interpersonal skills
Confident presenter with marketing/client development capability; proactive and keen to learn
