A global Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate to join its Corporate & Securities practice group. The role may be based in any of the firm's US offices, and the team handles debt, equity, and equity-linked financings for a sophisticated client base.

Associates on this team work directly with clients from the outset — sitting in on key conversations, taking on meaningful responsibility, and building relationships that typically take years to develop. The group is collegial, experienced, and focused on mentorship, giving associates early exposure to sophisticated matters at a global level.

Representative work spans the full capital markets spectrum, including IPOs and other equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt, private placements, and ongoing corporate governance and SEC reporting matters.

3–5 years of experience advising issuers and underwriters on capital markets financings and ongoing governance/SEC reporting matters
Confidence managing day-to-day client relationships
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under time pressure while working collaboratively
Admission to the bar in the state of application
