Capital Markets Partner — Corporate (United States)

Leading national firm seeks a partner to lead capital markets work with a primary focus on IPOs, particularly for technology-sector issuers. The role requires a senior practitioner who will originate, lead execution and advise on public offerings and related securities work.

The partner will work closely with corporate and securities teams, managing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping expand the practice's technology-capital markets pipeline.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record on IPOs and other capital markets transactions, with significant technology sector experience
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead deal execution and supervise associates; excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Active licence to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
