Apply in confidence →A leading global law firm is seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support one of the most active capital markets practices in the US and globally, known for representing issuers and investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings, SPAC and deSPAC transactions, and other public and private capital-raising work. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on enhancing the practice's knowledge infrastructure, marketing, and attorney enablement.
The resource attorney will keep current on legal and regulatory developments affecting capital markets, develop and maintain internal know-how and work-product archives, and draft client alerts, white papers, and external-facing resources.
