A premier global law firm is seeking a non-billing Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support one of the most active and highly ranked capital markets practices in the United States. This is a knowledge-management, business-development and practice-enablement role rather than a client-facing billing position.

The successful candidate will keep current on legal and regulatory developments affecting capital markets, develop client alerts, white papers and external resources, and build and maintain internal know-how, forms and templates. The role also involves coordinating webinars and speaking engagements, supporting marketing and RFP responses, and working with professional development, information services and practice innovation teams to enhance training and technology adoption.

The position sits within a top-tier practice advising issuers and investment banks on IPOs, follow-on offerings, SPAC and deSPAC transactions and related matters, with a strong focus on technology and life sciences clients.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills
Familiarity with the technology and life sciences sectors preferred
Confident presenter and collaborative team player
Self-starter with strong organizational, time-management and attention-to-detail skills
