A leading global law firm is seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support one of the most active capital markets practices in the US and internationally. The role is non-client-facing and non-billable, focused on enhancing the practice group's knowledge infrastructure, business development, and attorney enablement.

The successful candidate will keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments affecting capital markets, develop and maintain internal know-how, forms, and templates, and help produce client alerts, white papers, and external resources. The role also involves coordinating speaking engagements, webinars, and marketing initiatives, and collaborating with professional development and innovation teams to improve training and leverage technology.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements
Mastery of capital markets substantive practice, with enthusiasm to learn as regulations and technology evolve
Knowledge of the technology and life sciences industries
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills
Confident and engaging presenter
Strong intellectual ability, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail
