A leading global law firm is seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support one of the premier capital markets practices in the US and internationally. The practice is consistently ranked among the top firms representing issuers and investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings and other capital markets transactions, and maintains one of the most active SPAC and deSPAC practices in the country, complementing market-leading work with technology and life sciences companies across the full range of public and private capital-raising transactions.

This is a non-client-facing, non-billable resource role focused on knowledge management, business development and practice innovation. The attorney will keep the practice group current on legal and regulatory developments; develop and maintain client alerts, white papers, forms, templates and internal know-how resources; support speaking engagements and webinars; and coordinate with marketing on branding and RFP responses.

The role also involves collaborating with professional development on skills training and with information services and practice innovation teams to assess, test and drive adoption of technologies that improve efficiency and service delivery across the practice group.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance, SEC reporting requirements and related matters
Familiarity with the technology and life sciences industries preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills; confident presenter
Self-starter with strong organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
Enthusiasm to learn as the practice, regulatory environment and technology evolve
