A leading international law firm
Apply in confidence →A leading global law firm is seeking a non-client-facing Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support one of the most active capital markets practices in the United States and internationally. The role is designed to strengthen the practice's know-how infrastructure, business development capabilities, and attorney efficiency rather than to bill client time.
The position involves tracking legal and regulatory developments affecting capital markets, drafting and maintaining client alerts, white papers, and external resources, and building internal know-how, forms, and template libraries. The attorney will coordinate speaking engagements and webinars, support marketing and RFP responses, and work with professional development and innovation teams to enhance training and technology adoption across the practice.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced capital markets practitioner who enjoys knowledge management, thought leadership, and practice innovation while staying close to cutting-edge transactional work, including public offerings, SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, and capital raising for technology and life sciences companies.
- Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, SEC reporting requirements, and related matters
- Mastery of capital markets substantive practice, with enthusiasm to learn as the law and technology evolve
- Familiarity with industries regularly advised by the practice, particularly technology and life sciences
- Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills; confident presenter
- Self-starter with strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
