Join a well-regarded IP disputes and trade marks team in London as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney or qualified Solicitor with a focus on portfolio management. The role sits in a collegial, growth-focused practice handling varied, multidisciplinary work with regular international elements.

The team advises on all aspects of brand management, including trade mark clearance, prosecution, licensing and enforcement, and acts for a broad client base from established brands to high-growth businesses. You will work on UKIPO and EUIPO matters (oppositions, revocation/invalidity actions) and contentious proceedings alongside non-contentious portfolio work.

  • Qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney or Solicitor with relevant post-qualification experience in trade mark portfolio management
  • Sound knowledge of UK and EU trade mark law and practice
  • Experience managing national and international trade mark portfolios and handling UKIPO/EUIPO proceedings
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and commercial advisory skills
