A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Spanish-qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' experience in foreclosure proceedings to join its civil litigation practice in Madrid.

The role focuses on managing claims for payment and asset recovery on behalf of financial institutions, arising from loan and similar transactions. The successful candidate will handle foreclosure actions, enforcement of non-judicial titles, and ordinary proceedings, with a strong emphasis on foreclosure experience.

Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho (Spanish law degree)
Minimum 2 years' experience in foreclosure proceedings (ejecuciones hipotecarias)
Proven experience in claims for payment and asset recovery for financial institutions
Experience with enforcement of non-judicial titles and ordinary proceedings
A specialised master's degree and English language skills are valued
