We are recruiting a junior Commercial Contracts Associate to join a large, UK-wide Digital, Data and Commercial team. The role is offered on a fully flexible, hybrid basis and is open across multiple office locations. You will advise a national and international client base on a broad range of commercial contract matters.

Day to day, you can expect to manage a varied caseload covering outsourcing, joint ventures, franchising projects, and day-to-day business arrangements such as supply of goods and services agreements, framework contracts, and standard terms and conditions. You will work across sectors including financial services, retail, leisure, future energy, and the public sector.

You will collaborate closely with team members across locations, including partners, to meet tight deadlines and manage project work, while supporting and supervising trainees and paralegals. There is also an active role in business development, nurturing existing and new client relationships.

Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years' PQE) with previous experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
Experience advising clients in sectors such as future energy, retail, and/or the public sector is desirable.
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
Commercially aware, enthusiastic about business development, and motivated to keep up to date with developments in the practice area and sector focus.
A collaborative team player with a proactive and analytical approach.
