Commercial Finance Associate — Atlanta

Growing national finance team seeks a commercial finance associate to join its Atlanta office. The role offers substantive lender-side work across syndicated, cash-flow and asset-based lending, plus restructurings, workouts and acquisition/leveraged financings.

The associate will work closely with senior lawyers, have direct client contact with financial institutions, and be responsible for drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security and intercreditor documents, amendments and ancillary loan documentation.

• 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial finance
• Strong experience on lender-side transactions, including syndicated loans and debt finance
• Proficiency drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements and intercreditor documentation
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; strong academic record
