Commercial Finance Associate — Boston

Growing commercial finance team in Boston is seeking a motivated mid-level associate (2–4 years' experience) to join a national finance practice. This role offers regular deal flow, client-facing responsibility, and a clear path for advancement within a stable, expanding platform.

The position focuses on lender-side work across syndicated and bilateral financings, including cash-flow and asset-based lending, acquisition and leveraged financings, restructurings and workouts. You will draft and negotiate credit and security documentation, participate in closings, and collaborate closely with senior lawyers and clients.

• 2–4 years' experience in commercial finance (lender-side experience preferred)
• Strong background with syndicated loan and debt finance transactions
• Proficiency drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements and ancillary loan documents
• Excellent drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills; top academic credentials
