Commercial Litigation Associate — Litigation

Top-tier U.S. law firm with multiple offices is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its national litigation practice. The role offers substantive courtroom and motion work across a range of commercial disputes.

Successful candidates will work on discovery, dispositive motions, briefing, depositions and trial preparation for complex commercial matters, collaborating with experienced litigators and cross‑office teams.

Positions are open across the firm's U.S. offices; candidates should be prepared for a practice that includes both regional and national matters.

• J.D. and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Prior commercial litigation experience at a law firm (experience drafting pleadings, discovery, motions and briefs)
• Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively on cross‑office teams
