We are seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a busy Salt Lake City litigation team. The role involves handling complex business disputes in state and federal court, managing written and document discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and participating in settlement discussions and trial preparation.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative environment that values collegiality, creativity, and intellectual curiosity. Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills are essential.

4–6 years of business/commercial litigation experience (Class of 2020–2022)
Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation in state and federal court
Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and client-facing skills
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school and strong academic credentials
Active membership in the Utah Bar (timely admission to the Utah Bar required)
