Well-established national law firm seeks a commercial litigation associate to join its Salt Lake City litigation team. The role involves managing complex business disputes in state and federal court, including written and document discovery, depositions, motion practice, and participation in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

4–6 years of business/commercial litigation experience (Class of 2020–2022)
Active member in good standing of the Utah Bar, or timely admission required
Strong legal research, persuasive writing, and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing written and document discovery, taking/defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing witnesses for testimony
Comfortable working directly with partners and clients; strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
Trial preparation and courtroom experience preferred
JD from an ABA‑approved law school; strong academic credentials
