Commercial Litigation Associate — Fort Lauderdale

Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy Fort Lauderdale office on a broad commercial litigation team. The role focuses on managing and defending complex commercial matters in both federal and state courts, with significant work on large-scale consumer class actions.

Preferred experience includes consumer protection/consumer fraud, privacy and data-breach issues, product liability, and health-care related disputes. The team values strong academic credentials, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent research and writing ability.

• 5–7 years' litigation experience (post-qualification)
• Proven experience managing commercial litigation and defending class actions in federal and state courts
• Experience with consumer protection, privacy/data-breach, product liability, and/or health-care litigation preferred
• Excellent research, drafting and advocacy skills
• Florida bar license in good standing
