Business Litigation Attorney

Join a close-knit team in Laval as a Business Litigation Attorney. Working within a multidisciplinary group of six lawyers and legal professionals, you will handle varied commercial disputes for local and regional SMEs, including debt recovery, unfair competition claims, supplier/customer litigation, commercial leases, collective proceedings, shareholder disputes, and warranty of liabilities. You will also support business development with existing and new clients.

This role offers training, attentive support, and the opportunity to grow your skills and autonomy while collaborating with colleagues across complementary specialties.

• CAPA qualification and a Master's degree in Business Law (DJCE preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation; restructuring experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in advisory work and client development.
• Tenacious, team-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
