An established international law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its London Real Estate team, working within the Commercial Group.

The role covers all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals and lettings for developers, investors, companies, retail occupiers, private individuals and family offices; complex residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use development projects; promotion and option agreements relating to development land; bank lending and refinancings; portfolio acquisitions; hotel owner and operator work; landlord and tenant asset management; and corporate property acquisitions.

The team is a collaborative, well-regarded group with a leading reputation, acting for a diverse international client base and regularly working across practice areas and overseas offices. The firm offers hybrid working, a flexible benefits package and a competitive bonus package above a 1,400 chargeable hour target.

2–4 years post-qualification experience.
Solid grounding in land law and general property matters, with a focus on commercial real estate.
Strong academics and training gained in a well-regarded real estate department.
Ability to work as part of a cross-departmental team.
Strong written and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and forward-thinking approach.
Desire and ability to contribute to business development initiatives.
Familiarity with relevant technology (e.g. Excel, Word, DocuSign).
