Conflicts Attorney — Compliance & Regulatory — Los Angeles

A premier international law firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its risk management function as part of the Conflicts Team within the Office of General Counsel.

Working closely with partners and the Office of General Counsel, the attorney will analyze conflicts involving new clients, matters, and lateral hires, and advise on legal and business risks and resolution strategies.

The role operates on a 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time schedule.

• Qualified attorney with experience in conflicts analysis, risk management, or law firm compliance
• Strong understanding of legal and business risk assessment and resolution strategies
• Ability to work closely with partners and general counsel
• Availability for a 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time schedule
