An AmLaw 100 full-service firm is seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice in the Las Vegas office. The role involves all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

The national Construction Litigation group comprises nearly 80 construction law attorneys who defend significant exposure cases across numerous construction law areas. The team handles property and personal injury claims for both insured and self-insured businesses and individuals, with particular strength in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation.

The practice's partners and senior associates are seasoned trial attorneys with broad experience and national recognition. 1–7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Strong research and writing skills
Construction defect experience preferred
Admission to the Nevada Bar required
