Join a global law firm's consulting platform as a capital markets specialist on multi-month engagements based in Hong Kong. The role offers advisory and transaction work across debt and equity capital markets, including bonds, MTN programmes, convertible instruments and IPOs.

This is a consultant position aimed at experienced, self-directed lawyers who want flexible, high‑quality assignments with strong technical exposure and access to training and support resources. Assignments typically run six months or longer and provide opportunities to work on cross-border, multi‑functional matters.

Right to work and reside in Hong Kong
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Willingness to set up a Personal Services Company for contracting
Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification experience in capital markets at a top‑tier firm
Strong experience in Asian capital markets: debt (investment grade/high yield/MTN/sovereign), convertibles and equity offerings (including IPOs)
Client‑focused, self‑starter with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
