8+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on defense-side consumer finance matters
Significant experience managing a high volume of cases and negotiating settlements
Strong legal research, writing, and case-management skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm or litigation experience preferred
Bar admission in at least one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, or Texas
Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), federal court litigation, and/or plaintiff-side practice is helpful but not required
