Corporate Associate — M&A, Private Equity & Venture (Austin)

An Am Law 20 firm is seeking a corporate associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Corporate and Securities practice in Austin. The firm represents leading technology and life sciences clients across a broad range of high-profile matters.

The role involves working with private companies and investors on venture financings, private equity transactions, general corporate matters, and private company mergers and acquisitions.

The firm seeks strong communicators who collaborate well in a team setting and bring a strong academic background.

• 4–6 years of corporate experience
• Experience in one or more of: venture financings; private equity; general corporate representation of private companies; private company M&A
