Growing corporate team seeks a motivated associate to join its Ann Arbor office to support an established aviation practice and broader aviation-related corporate matters. The role offers substantive exposure to aircraft transactions, leasing and financing issues, corporate governance, and general commercial contracting within a collaborative, multi-office platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, advising on acquisitions/dispositions and ownership/operational structures, and helping clients with business structuring and compliance. The position requires managing multiple matters efficiently while working closely with colleagues across practice groups.

Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate transactional work
Experience with or strong interest in aviation-related transactions (aircraft acquisitions, leasing, financing) preferred

Ability to manage client matters independently and collaborate in teams
Admission to the Michigan Bar or eligibility for admission via waiver
Excellent communication skills and strong academic credentials
