Join a leading US law firm’s emerging companies team in Palo Alto, advising founders, growth-stage companies and venture investors across venture financings, formations, M&A and other strategic transactions. The team represents clients from seed-stage startups through late-stage private companies.

This role will put you in a deal-leading position: running transactions, managing client relationships, mentoring junior associates and developing counsel for founders and boards through high-growth inflection points. The group values collaboration and invests in associate development on both substantive work and client-facing skills.

3–6 years of corporate/transactional experience (venture, M&A, or similar)
Prior emerging companies or venture experience preferred but not required
Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Experience running deals, managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers
